All orders placed on Tilak Book Depot are processed after successful order confirmation. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

• Delhi NCR: Usually 1-3 business days
• Other cities in India: Usually 3-7 business days
• Remote locations may take additional time

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery location, and package weight. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before placing the order.

4. Delivery Partner

We may use trusted courier partners or local delivery services to deliver your order safely and on time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or on the My Orders page.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery details. Tilak Book Depot will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address, phone number, or pincode.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may attempt delivery again. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with order details and photos of the package. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
